Bring your ideas to the forefront: a dedicated training path to turn your vision into impact

A call to join a free training programme and gain:

  • project-development skills
  • the ability to work in teams, analyse and solve problems, and communicate effectively
  • knowledge in economic and financial planning, marketing, fundraising, and intellectual property

The call includes two categories:

  • Call for Ideas – For emerging ideas. It selects the most promising project proposals, even at a very early stage, and guides them through a dedicated growth path
  • Call for Startup – For already established startups. It selects the most innovative ventures, which will have a reserved exhibition space during the Startup Day event

How to apply

The 2025-26 call was published on 2 December 2025. 

Read the call and the attached documents, then submit your project by 1 pm on 2nd February 2026.

Learn why it might interest you

Join the presentation event on 10 December at 16:30, either online or in person in Bologna, Via Ugo Foscolo 7.

The session—held in Italian with supporting materials in English—will give you a detailed overview of the programme and the participation process. It will be followed by a talk on entrepreneurship and innovation by Professor Laura Toschi, President of Almacube and Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management at the University of Bologna.
